very kind,helpful,always concerns on my health but the assistance looks not very happy on her job no idea what she is doing no very helpfull at all dont even care, lazy,talk too much with the other staff but not with patient.
front desk people never smile you dont feel welcome at all

What a wonderful, thorough doctor. Dr Bernadette went through ever thing with myself and carol, explaining everything. Cloerestoral, blood pressure, kidney function, diet and medication. We are very appreciative of her. Thank you Bob and Carol

Zero stars. Gave me (PTSD, Prison, ADD, anger issues) Adderall with nothing to counter it after specific requests for it. I've seen dozens of doctors and know what I need. After informing her I went to prison she didn't return to the room and gave me a mood stabilizer with no explanation leading me to believe it was Xanax as discussed. When I ran out she REFUSED to fill either meds and ignored dozens of calls for TWO WEEKS prior causing me to withdrawal and smash furniture in rages. Recidivism.

Refused to prescribe me the Birth Control patch after I told her I am incapable of remembering to take that regularly & thats how I got pregnant with my second child. On Medicaid with 2 under 2 the last thing I want is a baby! I directly asked her what was the reason/benefit for the pill over the patch I requested and she refused to give an explanation other than I just don't personally prescribe that, the pill is all I can do, switch back next month when your primary is back!
