Albany Ear Nse Thrt/Allrgy SRVS

First time at Albany ENT, and Allergy, Clifton Park office. I had an apptmt. with a very nice, informative PA. During this apptmt I did not feel rushed in any way. PA set up a plan for me to follow which included a script for an inhaled med to use 2 times a day starting 6/22/22 or 6/23 for a serious sinus issue and allergies. Pharmacy reached out to PA as insurance needed further info from him as to necessity of this med. before filling for me. Neither the PA /PA’s secretary or a nurse for PA has gotten back to pharmacy, and it has now been a week! I have placed 2 calls to PA’s office and was put in voicemail, and as of this writing no return call to me! I would not recommend this office if you want to be able to contact them for questions about meds.

mine was a recent visit to the clifton park facility. i am 85 have a history of allergies asthma large amts of mucous disturbing sleep taking meds for all. thought i would get more help for my aging self that also has colon cancer. NEVER SAW A PHYSICIAN did audio tests jamming not placing into my ear told me i had reduced hearing who doesnt at this age and spent all the time telling me about signing up for a hearing aid a terrible experience

No one picked up the phone at the front desk. Left a message with a nurse. Never got a return call. This is as bad as it gets, being unresponsive. I would say retraining of personnel is in need.
