They are always friendly, kind, attentive, professional and helpful in taking care and coordinating all my primary health. Impossible to contact for an appointment - one hour wait on hold and no one ever picked up, left voice message and never got a return phone call. Doctors are good - office help absolutely terrible. Office staff has no customer service skills nor do they care too.
