Very disappointed
The nurse at the practice falsified a note on my chart from a phone conversation. When I confronted the office about this and also asked a medical question, I was ghosted! Yup NO one got back to me after reaching out several times. I finally reached out and spoke to corporate to address the falsification and lack of response issue and was told that Dr Cotugno received my messages but does NOT wish to respond to my inquiries because I opted out of taking a medication. Is this Docotor 5 years old because she acts it. In regard to the note falsification, I was informed by corporate that Dr. Cotugno is not addressing it because it is neither here nor there, since I opted out of taking the medication. Wow!!!! Do not waste your time here unless you wish to be treated like a piece of garbage.

Great doctor, horrible staff
I can't get to Dr. Cotugno who is supposedly my primary care doctor. Her staff runs interference in EVERY situation. It is impossible to be seen for anything that includes one of the million symptoms they have on their "it could be COVID" list, even if you have negative test results. She is a great doctor if you can get to her, but her staff has exhausted me. I need a new practice.

Very disappointed in this doctor. There was an office dispute with a nurse and office manager in the way care was given. Very poor "bed side table manners" treatment. The patient is never right and the staff is never accountable.

Dr. Cotugno is great, I've always liked her. The office staff and nurses can be surly and nasty, so I would not recommend her as your interactions are much more likely to be with them before her.

Dr Cotugno treats our entire family, my 70 year old parents, my husband and our one year old son. She is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, patient and kind. She has called in the off-hours to check on members of the family and you can tell she really cares about her patients. Whoever wrote those negative reviews (clearly the same person on a few of them) has something wrong.... Dr Cotugno treats all members of my family with the same level of expert care and compassion.

Dr Cotugno is not a good Dr. She is not good at recognizing out of the box diagnosis- and instead of recognizing this short coming she becomes offended and attacks her patients. What you write in your review is more important to her then the care she gives you. Be careful what you write in your review and don't leave your name or Dr Cotugno and her Office Manager will confront you on your next visit with a print out of your review.

Dr Cotugno is not a good Doctor. She is not invested enough in her patients care and is not a talented diagnostician. She does not listen to her patients, and puts her ego about the Hippocratic Oath she took. If you want quality, attentive medical care you can trust, look elsewhere. I would give an example of what I am talking about but I have heard her staff reads these and if you are a current patient of hers, she will confront you about it during your next medical visit to her.
