Hard to get response from the Heart Center
Though my visit was good, a procedure was scheduled at Vassar Brothers for the following week. I never heard from Vassar Brothers regarding my arrival time for the procedure (which I was told would happen by Heart Center staff the day before the procedure), so I did not travel for the procedure. Despite leaving messages every day since the day before the procedure with both Vassar Brothers and the Heart Center, I have not received any response regarding what happened or the rescheduling of the procedure. This procedure is to alleviate my constant afib, so very disappointed that I have not heard back from either the Heart Center staff or Vassar Brothers staff. I’m sure that medical facilities are very short on staff, but it seems to me that every patient deserves better communication than this.
