NYC Dental Center

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! I would not take the time to write a review but this dentist has really bad customer service. I owned a business in Manhattan for 15 years. I know the importance of customer service. My kids went to this office last year for check ups. I assumed this year will be ok; but when my daughter (17 years old) showed up they treated her as if she made a mistake making the appointment and faulted her for doing it with the wrong doctor. It was not only a waste of time (out of school) but the first dentist on her last appointment claimed she had 4 cavities (being the reason for her visit) This time the doctor looked at her and said: "I am not doing someone else's work" Apparently, it was more an inside issue (probably how they get paid) BUT MY DAUGHTER DID NOT HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS. I worked at home so i signed a paper for her to go by herself. Now I regret. She was so upset she cried when she called me. I called the office and they denied having done anything wrong. I sp
