Dr. Shaul Hubscher, DDS

From the moment I stepped into the office, Yeilin, the receptionist, greeted me warmly and provided exceptional customer service. Routine dental cleaning is a top priority, and Dr. Shaul Hubscher excels in that area. I highly recommend him.

I've gone to many dentists in my life, a few of whom were quite good. Dr. Hubscher is definitely among them. He is attentive and focused. He gives you his full attention and one gets the sense of his competence. He thinks preventatively as a good dentist should. While everyone needs to be paid appropriately for their services, he is driven, not by financial considerations but by his wish to help in restoring and maintaining health in his patients. This is what one wants in a doctor. For about 2 years, he stopped taking my insurance so regrettably, I had to go back to my prior dentist. I had a hunch to contact his office recently and was pleased to hear that my insurance would work--I immediately scheduled an appointment. While he is not holistic by definition, he is open and knowledgeable about any approach that works and for me, that's the bottom line. I would definitely recommend him.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!! I would not take the time to write a review but this dentist has really bad customer service. I owned a business in Manhattan for 15 years. I know the importance of customer service. My kids went to this office last year for check ups. I assumed this year will be ok; but when my daughter (17 years old) showed up they treated her as if she made a mistake making the appointment and faulted her for doing it with the wrong doctor. It was not only a waste of time (out of school) but the first dentist on her last appointment claimed she had 4 cavities (being the reason for her visit) This time the doctor looked at her and said: "I am not doing someone else's work" Apparently, it was more an inside issue (probably how they get paid) BUT MY DAUGHTER DID NOT HAVE TO EXPERIENCE THIS. I worked at home so i signed a paper for her to go by herself. Now I regret. She was so upset she cried when she called me. I called the office and they denied having done anything wrong. I sp

I honestly wish I could give them less than 1 star. They used to be a decent practice but lately they have gotten horrible. I was scheduled for a follow up in February and went to the office, stood outside ringing the bell for 10 mins and calling the office before I finally got through to someone. They informed me that the office was closed due to an emergency and they tried to send a text message to my office phone number. When I asked why they didn't call my cell phone they claimed they didn't have it on file, which I found funny because his previous staff called my cell prior in regard to previous appointments. I finally went back in today for a 12 pm visit. I got my xray rather quickly and was placed in an exam room by 12:20 p. I waited there until 12:50 p and finally asked what was going on because I had to get back to work. The dental assistant was very nice and went to him, I overheard her tell him he was supposed to come to my room first and he replied he would be there when

Wonderful experience. I had to get an emergency root canal done and Dr. Hubscher doctor saw me within an hour after I called. The whole procedure was truly painless and he made me feel comfortable and informed throughout it. I've had cavities that have taken longer and were more painful. His staff was welcoming and facilitated the insurance process. I've already recommended him to my friends and family.

Very unprofessional office. You may or may not be seen by Dr. Shaul Hubsher after waiting 2 hours to be called up. ZocDoc deleted my review because I complained that after waiting 2 hours ANOTHER dentist showed up, not this one. You go to his dental office for him and there's no guarantee he will see you. What a disrespect to our time. Also, I may not have cared to be seen by another dentist if they had not been looking at SOMEONE ELSE'S X-RAYS WHEN TALKING TO ME. Didn't even bother to correct!

Dr. Hubscher is wonderful! I just looked at the pictures of my teeth I took before he fixed them last year and the difference is astonishing. I had forgotten how bad they were! Dr. Hubscher gave me top-notch medical treatment AND a beautiful new smile! He created full upper fixed bridgework that looks and feels completely natural. And he did it painlessly and affordably. I went in with realistic expectations and came out with results that far exceed my best hopes. I've found my forever dentist!
