A Patient's Experience Over 18 YearsI have been a patient at this medical practice for chronic migraines for the past 18 years, starting in 2007. Initially, I experienced approximately 15 migraine days per month. Throughout this period, I was prescribed dozens of medications by various doctors and assistants in the practice. Unfortunately, the results have been far from satisfactory; my migraines have escalated to almost daily occurrences.The practice does not have a doctor who specializes in headaches, which is crucial for effective migraine management. Additionally, the bedside manner of their doctors leaves much to be desired, and the unfriendly behavior of the staff is quite disturbing. If given the option, I would rate this practice zero for the subpar care and unprofessional conduct experienced during my long tenure as a patient.

I loved the staff and they’re attention to everything. I just didn’t like the manager of the practice. Jessica I think her name is. Never responded to multiple calls. Never called me to say I missed my appt and they dropped me. The staff had absolutely no control over that. Just Jessica or whatever her name was. Thank you everyone else! Loved it there.
