ProMedica Physicians Vision Associates

Had an appontment here last week, not only do they overbook but speaking to them is like talking to a robot. No warmth, no friendly conversation, I felt like meat on a meat hook being slid from room to room. Never told what they were testing in the 3 different rooms I was shuttled into. I asked if I passed or failed the tests. The dr told me it was not about passing or failing and that was it. One gentleman my husband was waiting with got called in and ushered back out into the waiting room to wait another half hour. Was never told the appointment would be 2 hours long, an hour of which is spent waiting on the Dr. My tech was like an army sergeant. Very cold facility. I will tell everyone I know by word of mouth not to go to this clinic. I will never go back.

Twice now I have waited close too two hours for my parents. Its obvious you overbook. Very unprofessional. We will be looking for a place closer to our home and one that doesn't overbook
