Some questions were not easily answered as it was my first visit to Dr. Stevens in several years. But I feel the questions were answered well. Very professional going over some things as a new patient and on the next visit I am sure he will have his plan for macular degeneration for me according to his findings.

I had a spontaneous vision problem pop up. For some unknown reason I saw a sudden burst of thick floaters appear in my left eye. For all practical purposes I couldn't see out of that eye. I did some on-line research and found Dr. Stephens. He/his office got me in in short order. The office staff was friendly and very helpful. The eyecare assistants did their things, clearly knowing their business. Dr. Stephens came in, listened to my story, examined my eye, and found a tear in my left retina. He explained what he found in terms I could understand. He was able to use a in-office procedure to repair the tear. He went on to explain that it may take some time for my vision to clear. He wants to follow up. His explanation and confidence lowered my anxiety over my diminished vision. Looking forward to improvement. Thank you, Dr. Stephens!

Dr Stephens was great as always. He's attentive and informed about my problems. I feel so relaxed when I leave his office. But the last couple of visits, I've had to wait long past my appt. time. Today it was more than 1/2 hour past my appt. before I was called back. No explanation. Then I was out under another 1/2 hour. I make sure I'm on time. Are they not allowing enough time between visits? They usually are very good about being on time. I schedule early appts. so I don't usually have to wait. The waiting room was very packed & with this virus, not the best idea.

Dr. Stephens is always friendly and professional. He always listens and responds to my concerns. the other staff that worked with me were also friendly. I appreciated the COVID protocols that were in place.

Dr. Stephens is an EXCELLANT Doctor, very patient, knowledgeable, compassionate and sincere. He answers all your questions. Dr. Stephens performed detached retina surgery on my eye. His staff during surgery also did a great job and made sure you were comfortable during the entire process. I would recommend Dr. Stephens without reservation.
