Absolutely unprofessional. I had a horrible experience by a neurotic doctor today named, David England. I came in prior to this visit and had ordered glasses, a progressive, which did not work at all, as everything was blurry in all three dimensions. Therefore they ordered me to come back in today and retest, but with a different doctor who the optical department scheduled me with. I brought with me again, my old reading glasses which were fitting my needs perfectly, and I had wanted them to compare my prescription to my current prescription that they could hopefully make into a new bifocal I was hoping to have made. But I got resistance from the moment I was in office with them, as I was met with disbelief, my questions discounted right away about my concerns and questions, about this matter. Dr. England was rude, controlling, and dismissive. He was in a hurry and it showed big time. He put both his hands on both my arms and squeezed them as he was talking right in my face as we w
