I don’t recommend this clinic if you are hoping for easy communications.I had some questions regarding insurance coverage and a referral. I called my provider 4 times and left a voicemail for the medical each time. I never once received a call back to discuss the items.I then called the clinic to talk to the manager. I left 2 voicemails for them as well and never received a reply back.When paying your bill, they use a separate billing company that does not have the option for online payment. You have to call them. I called them 2 times and had to leave a voicemails. I never received a call back from billing, but finally got through on my 3rd try.As a patient, you are able to contact providers through the patient portal, but I would often ask specific questions and get generic answers that didn't clear the issue.If you’re healthy or have good insurance coverage, this clinic may work just fine for you. Don't use if you hope for thorough, concise, and responsive communication.
