First experience with a psych rn after only dealing with PCPs. Went even better than expected! The guy is so knowledgeable and down to earth. I'm so intimidated by a lot of doctors but I feel like I can be completely myself and not try to present myself as a more proper person, which ensures I get the best care. I can't recommend this provider enough! I recommend him and Bridge City all the time. The staff who I have spoken to have been AMAZING as well! You won't regret this choice !!

Trevor has helped me get to a point that I never though possible.

I needed a new prescriber. I waited over a month for a phone appointment. The day of, I waited but got not call. Trevor called My wife’s number while she was at work. I found out soon after and called him back while it was still my scheduled time. He didn’t answer or call back. I left him a message, he I ignored it. I was out of meds. After 9 attempts I finally got the schedule desk. She said she would get him to put my prescription in and call me back. She didn’t. Days later my wife emailed him. She finally calls me back and promises exactly what she had promised many days prior, to have him send my prescription in. Several days later, nothing. After more than a week I never got my prescription or a reply from Trevor. I emailed him to cancel my next appointment and explained why. He just canceled the appointment with no response. He showed me that he doesn’t give a crap about me as a patient. Absolutely horrific and unprofessional.
