After almost 3 yrs of paying out-of-pocket fees for sessions, and over inflated lab work and proprietary supplements the practice decided they couldn’t help me anymore and removed me from their practice. Because I was getting worse under their care, I suppose I was a liability. Instead of offering support, guidance or a new practitioner they had no desire in helping me after I was promised that they would not give up on my case. They are supposed to be THE place for tick-borne infection and they missed my diagnosis after 2 yrs. After 2 weeks of Lyme treatment they let me go. Whatever happened to “Do no harm?” I requested to speak to Dr West over the phone to inquire why this decision was made. Instead, I get a cold response. Don’t waste your time or money. Go to a practice that isn’t disingenuous and detached when you get worse.
