I'm going to make sure to avoid this nurse practitioner in the future. Her demeanor was condenscending and dismissive. My son has had a fever for 4 days and now new ear pain, and she acted as if we were hypochondriacs seeking medical treatment. She then proceeded to lecture me on antibiotics, as if I didn't know the difference between bacterial and viral infections. She was flippant and seemed to be annoyed by our mere presence.

Cassandra actually takes the time to really listen. I have unusual chronic illness and she only one of two family practitioners out of dozens I've seen who has done everything she can to help me. She even recommended that I change to a different family practice last year to see a special type of MD. After several months of disappointment I switched back to Cassandra. She is one of the few practitioners who will do what is best for the patient even when it means less money coming to them.
