Our experience with AXIA Women’s Health at Riddle Hospital was deeply disappointing and far from the compassionate care they claim to provide. My wife and I faced poor communication, unprofessional handling of concerns, and significant delays in accessing critical medical records—all of which directly impacted her health.What Went Wrong: • Unanswered Calls: Repeated attempts to contact the clinic went ignored, leaving us frustrated and in limbo. • Inconsistent Information: Conflicting instructions about signing a records release form caused unnecessary delays. • Unacceptable Delays: It took 13 days to receive essential medical records, making us miss critical testing deadlines and further complicating her care.To make matters worse, the clinic closed early for Thanksgiving without ensuring patients were supported, leaving my very unwell wife to fend for herself.
