ENT and Allergy Specialists

If it was not for Dr. Swanson I would have left years ago. Most of the staff is not welcome & friendly or helpful. Wait 1.5 hours each appointment to see the Dr- 1st appointment of the day wait 45 mins. My last visit was the Icing on the cake to leave. Dr. Swanson's schedule did not match my schedule so I saw Dr. Cramer. Started with the tech who never introduced themselves or person that it them, rushed through checking me in and abruptly left without saying anything. Dr. Cramer was very disrespectful from the second he charged in the door & asked what are you here for? He brought someone in the room to watch, did not ask if it was okay or introduce them. He would interrupt me if I tried to talk, he showed no interest, certainly not helpful, snappy. I appreciated Dr. Swanson's care, patient, thorough, helpful.....only positive with the office.
