I did well with my appointment yesterday. I don’t have to return for one year.But I should have had an appointment on September 2,2021 but went and was told I didn’t. I was turned away because I was told they didn’t have my referral.Since my appointment yesterday I messaged my prime care dr office and received a message back that they sent 2 referrals for my visits.I lost 2 &1/4 hrs pay. I also had to pay $35.00 balance due for last years.Which I felt was very strange they couldn’t reach me by phone or mail.

Easy scheduling, comfortable office, welcoming and helpful receptionist, brief wait time. Dr. Pomerantz was thorough and reassuring. I’m very pleased with my visit.

Checked in for my appointment, sat and waited. After twenty minutes of watching patients come and go, I inquired as to how much longer. Ten minutes, I was told. After fifteen minutes, I inquired again and was told that there was an emergency? Confused, I was told that if anyone comes in for a full body scan and they find something, then it's an emergency??? Still confused as to why I had to inquire, I asked why NO ONE CAME TO WARN ME ABOUT THE VERY LONG WAIT TIME. If I was late, I would have been asked to reschedule. Very unprofessional.
