My wife and I have gone to Dr. Pomeranrtz for several years. He is very friendly, professional and competent. I had melanoma and he got me into surgery quickly and it was totally removed. We drive 45 minutes to see him. The office has improved the wait time drastically and now the office runs very efficiently.

Dr. Pomerantz recommended laser for small veins on my face. WOW! The results were incredible! Not only did it help with those, but also old acne scars, small wrinkles, etc. Also the staff couldn't have been nicer. 5 big stars!!

Office staff rude & unprofessional. They never answer the phone or call back when patient leaves a message-no matter how important. The time a patient has to wait for a routine appointment made months in advance is ridiculous. Over an hour all the time. Poor office & appointment management. VERY poor oversight by the Drs there. Badly run as a practice.

One of the most unprofessional offices I have ever dealt with.. there recently was a large turnaround of medical and office help the only knowledgeable professional I was seeing (followed her for over 15yrs)is no longer there ! I’d rather see my dogs vet !! Don’t waste your copay

Dr. Pomerantz is knowledgeable and compassionate. He spends time with his patients, and he truly cares about solutions. It is a very busy office, and there is an expected wait-time of 45 min.- 1 1/4 hr, even for earlier in the day appointments. You always get to see him, not just a PA, but you have to be able to allow for the time, especially if you work. His assistants are very pleasant. I have never had an issue with his front office staff.

This practice used to be excellent, but has really gone down hill in the past few years. They book way too many appointments, and a typical wait is at least 45 minutes. The office staff is incredibly rude, and often misplace referrals. I used to feel like I got exceptional care from Dr. Pomerantz, but something has changed. He seems to care less than he used to, and the office is run very poorly. I've been a patient for several years, but am now looking for a new dermatologist.

Dr. Pomerantz spent a good portion of time explaining the procedure and reasoning for it. He was very relaxed and communicated with me throughout procedure. His assistant was fantastic, making sure I was comfortable and even played music to help me relax. Overall great experience.
