Her staff advised me to look for another doctor

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rousseau on the Anmed website and received an email with an estimate. I tried to access the estimate but the system did not allow me to access the numbers. I call the help desk and they said the clinic did not set me up in the proper way and asked me to call Dr. Rousseau's clinic. I called the clinic and after 45 min with someone on the phone she said she could not help me access the system which I would need for prescription, exam results, and others.She end up saying I should look for another doctor.Wow!!!!
