How is this place still in business??
Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I had an appointment here in Jan. The receptionist informed me that I was to pay for my visit in full as I had not yet met my deductible. That was absolutely wrong. I was to only pay $20 (my co-pay). I left 8 messages as well as my BCBS Rep has left 2 messages for billing. Neither of us EVER received a call back. I have since read other reviews on BCBS from other patients that this exact situation happened to them. I received an Email from Kevin Brooks on Feb 22 informing me that he does show that I am owed a $234 refund and that it could take up to 30 days. WHY?! It didn't take 30 days overcharge me. I have now emailed him 3 times ZERO response for an update on this refund.
