Condescending and disrespectful

I'm fortunate to have a lot of clinical knowledge and knew what to ask for. But what happens to patients who don't know these things, or don't know how to advocate for proper care? Dr. Jens Eichhorn doesn't care about his patients. He's a 'heart doctor' without a heart.
