Rude nurses long wait timea
Visited Methodist Emergency department for chest pains. 5 hours later still have not seen a Dr. Numerous people in the waiting room ask staff when they can expect to see a Dr. A nurse comes out and yells for attention to the entire waiting room group directing us all to a top asking they are busy as we can see and they don’t know and we just need to be patient. Her tone and disgust were very offending, unappreciated and extremely unprofessional. Definitely need to rethink her dealing with patients or the public.
