Excellent First Visit
I had my first visit with Dr. Burns today and am so pleased to now consider him my primary care physician. His style of practice suits me perfectly. He was thorough, attentive, and responsive to each and every one of my concerns, taking the time to listen to me and to discuss the issues. His office staff members were welcoming and efficient. It was a very positive experience.

Avoid, avoid... avoid at all costs to your health and well-being! Allows dogs to roam his back office (treatment areas). Will not allow any person or patient to enter the back office unless wearing a face diaper (mask) which are proven to be worthless without exceptions. The staff is unfriendly and could care less if you're there or not. Robert seems to be "caring" but misses out on so many aspects of being a "doctor".

Dr. Burns can be a great practitioner, but my experience with him and his office staff is inconsistent. The office staff seem like they'd rather not be there and are unorganized. I called and called and called to get a referral and it's still been over a month. I've been in excruciating pain and I can't get these people to respond. They either have too many patients or they need new staff. I have to fire them. You can't run a practice like this.

Dr. Burns is absolutely wonderful. He has a lot of common sense and mixes in holistic medicine with traditional medicine. I can't imagine growing older with any doctor but him, and I hope he practices for many years. He has a very calm demeanor and is very thorough. You leave his office with everything he has recommended in writing. So helpful! His staff is also very friendly.
