ON HOLD FOREVER
Every time I've called there (at least 10 times) they put you on hold for 10+ minutes. I had a question for a nurse before a procedure I was to have and no one called back. I finally got through and left a message with the receptionist and also on the 'Nurses Line' and no one called back. They need new receptionists that have common sense and understand it is unacceptable to put a patient on hold for 15 minutes and never come back to the call. I do not recommend this place at all.
