I recently had a lens replacement procedure at Wang Vision Institute, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish! The facility is absolutely beautiful, creating a calm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately put me at ease.The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process. A special mention goes to Cameron, my surgical coordinator, who was thorough, professional, and cheerful. His attention to detail and clear communication made everything seamless and stress-free.Dr. Jake was outstanding in guiding me to the best solution for my vision needs, and his expertise gave me complete confidence. The surgery itself was performed by Dr. Guduru, who did an exceptional job. I recommend getting Lasik to EVERYONE after the smooth and easy experience I had at Wang Vision. I was very hesitant at first to get the procedure done as I did not know much about it, and it seemed a bit scary, but Wang Vision changed that! They provided an amazing information Zoom session that I had attended that answered all of the questions I had and easily helped me set up a free consultation and eye exam to help me determine what would be best for me. During this eye examination/consultation I felt heard, safe, and taken care for. All of the office staff and workers especially, Dr.Jones, Cameron, and Scott seemed to know exactly what they were doing and made the process really easy for me to decide to get Lasik. I'd been considering LASIK when I finally decided to just go for it. After researching SMILE, choosing Wang Vision Institute was easy. I'm not normally nervous, but *everyone* was so calm & friendly that it all felt normal. *Cameron* is an amazing surgical counselor, who took the time to ensure I understood the commitment. Techs Scott, Kayla, James and especially *Amanda W.* helped me through every step of the process. Baileah did an excellent job coordinating payment & scheduling. Dr. Zimmerman examined the current state of my eyesight & helped me understand exactly what was going to happen during SMILE. And I can't praise *Dr. Guduru* enough for his calm manner & precision that got me through the hardest part of the surgery. Exam day is long and you need someone to drive you home so you can rest/sleep. I slept immediately after and right into the night. By my post-op, I was seeing 20/13! It's really important to follow the post-op care. It feels amazing to have my best ever vision!

On Friday, I traveled to Nashville for my Lasik consultation and “hopefully” surgery at the Wang Vision Institute. All paperwork and directions had been sent to me before hand. The paperwork included detailed pictures related to parking and arrival to the office. I was greeted with friendly staff at each point of my visit, from the initial eye exams, consultation with the Optometrist, support staff and finally the surgeon and technician. Within 4 hours of arrival I was approved and my surgery was completed. I received all the information and items needed to get me home for a successful recovery. I followed all the post procedure protocol and had a great followup the next Monday. I have no regrets, except I wish I had gone to Dr Wang sooner.

I loved my experience @ WVI - everyone was professional, safety protocols were in place, the lobby and exam rooms were very clean, and the doctors were intent on making sure that a laser eye procedure was the right move for me. I'm overjoyed to say it was - I had LASIK just before Thanksgiving - No more looking back (with glasses/contacts that is)!
