Eye exam was adequate but seemed rushed. Prescription for eye infection not covered by my insurance. Contacted several times to received different prescription. Adverse reaction to 2 medications prescribed and did not return my call ever after waiting weeks for a response. Will not go back.

Dr. Frenkel was prompt & courteous. He performed his eye examine and presented me with the conclusions which in this case is watch and see concerning Macular Pucker and also gave me information regarding the Cataracs which are now developing, but not yet impairing my vision. So with that information I will be confident for another 6 months and will see him then. Thank you, Dr. Frenkel.

I had SMILE in Jan 2022. It went really well. I am used to be extremely near sighted, but after surgery, my eye sight was instantly better. It's almost three weeks later, my eyes feel so normal and my eyesight is pretty good as well. Thank you for all the technicians and surgeon. The surgery itself is painless and really quick.

Dr. Freckle completed my smile surgery at Ming Wang Institute. He was amazing!! He was honest and encouraging. He and his assistant coached me through the whole process. I had LASIK done a few months ago and it was a great experience! Dr. Frenkel was very kind and he explained everything thoroughly.

Went in for a consult for corrective eye surgery and was able to get SMILE surgery the same day! Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful. I was originally interested in lasik, but their team was able to answer any/all questions I had about SMILE surgery and the outcome has been amazing! I'm excited to say that I drove my car for the first time in over 20 years without contacts or eye glasses thanks to my Lasik surgery that occurred 10/4.
