Wont be back
Been a patient for many years but will be going somewhere else in the future. I had an appointment schedule, showed up at the scheduled time and they didn't have record of the appointment. It had been scheduled since a year before at my previous appointment. They wouldn't honor the appointment and we rescheduled. I learned later at my next appt that their new system lost my appointment as it did with several others. They played it off like it was my fault and I never had an appointment. When I showed up for my rescheduled appointment it wasn't with my normal provider, I didn't think much of it and just went with it. The next day I learned Carol is no longer there and they didn't think to call, email, or mail me that information. Usually I get a letter in the mail with test results and also get the information on the app. This time they wanted to schedule a time for the NP to call me with the results. After about 5 reminder texts & emails I finally had enough and called to cancel that
