Pilot, DO NOT go to this doctor.
After getting my 1st Class FAA Medical from this doctor, I received a letter from the FAA. This doctor sent in some documents to the FAA apparently stating I am color blind. I have been getting 1st class medicals for the past 40 years with many different doctors. This doctors charts and equipment is very old. So, now the FAA is forcing me to pay to go to an eye doctor who has to perform a specialized test and submit a report to the FAA. Pilot, be cause who you go to. Just one doctor like this can destroy your multi-million dollar career. BTW, he never said one thing to me in his office that he was going to submit documentation to the FAA. So getting a letter from the FAA two months after I saw him was beyond shocking! His office manager was extremely rude to me both in person and on the phone when I requested my charts to see what he wrote.

I've been with Dr. Cook for years. His professionalism and attentiveness is rare in what I see today. Listens to me and explains all questions and medical issues clearly. Does not rush me through the visit and always makes me feel that my good health is important. Make an appointment!

Been going for years and used to be great, but for the last couple have lost trust. They have messed up prescriptions repeatedly and never follow up anymore. Since they went computerized, don’t seem to listen or care. Staff cannot or won’t take messages correctly and you never get a call back.

He's been my doctor for YEARS and always makes an effort not to just prescribe the right medication, but to make me feel better about my illness. When I leave his office I am always confident that I will recover soon

I was happy with Bedford Family Medicine when Dr. Looney was my doctor, but one day Dr. Looney was mysteriously gone (he's elsewhere now). I got stuck with Dr. Cook, and Cook was so rude, so inconsiderate... I left his office crying (and I'm 51!) ... I fired him after one visit, found a nice lady doctor a couple months later. ... I am NEVER (thank goodness) going back to see Dr. Cook! I do miss Dr. Looney though.
