Very frustrating experience!

I've been a client for about 20 years. The last few years have been a nightmare! I've shown up for 8:30am appointments and the door is locked. Office staff has been rude. The Dr. orders unnecessary labs saying insurance will pay, then I get the bill. Today was the last straw! I had called to confirm my appointment and ask if I should fast prior to the appointment, and was told no. The Dr. said 'we need to do blood work, are you fasting?' OMG! Then when checking out I was told I had to pay for today and the previous appointment (6 months ago) one of which should have been an annual physical - 100% covered by insurance! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!
