The best pain management in town
I would never go to another pain clinic in El Paso again - these providers are the best by far. I am so thankful for the care I have received.

Save time and money and go somewhere else.
Was not seen until over 2 hours after appointment time. Billed for services never received. An inept, unprofessional staff who are clearly uneducated. I went in for a procedure after being assured that they had all my records in hand and was only given a 'consult' and told I had to come back later for the procedure. I was an existing patient and had all my records in my hands, but they were not doing procedures that day. So, why the heck did you have me wait a month for the appointment, wait another 2 hours to be seen by the doctor, take all my medical records, and charge me when you had no intention of relieving my pain. I left the office after losing time and money and still in pain.Save yourself some agony and go somewhere else.

Not equipped for severe cases
Failed to understand the length, width, and depth of the severe long history of my spine and other musculoskeletal problems. Continually under treated my condition. Failed to listen and under -experienced for serious cases such as mine. Doctors say just call. Front desk high school reps don't let you through, don't return calls, AND there is no qualified advice nurse on staff. Doesn't cut it for people whose bodies have been literally ravaged by years of military service, numerous injuries, a killer pelvic tumor, multiple back surgeries, and heritable OA, DJD, and severe CPS. Better to try elsewhere. Because they just don't get it. Not long, complicated medical histories like that. I mean, I had high hopes. But after numerous times trying to explain, provide images and documentation, it's just NO good here.
