Caring For Women - Lewisville

I am not sure how to feel about the attention of the office or the appointment setter. I am currently experiencing non stop spotting, by indication from the emergency hospital I needed to be checked by my ob for my level of HCG in 48 hrs. That was last week wednesday the 23 and today is the 29. i am still not sure if my pregnancy is still going and i wont be able to find out until my appointment which is a MONTH from now. I hope things get better until then. As a new patient this is the worst experience ever.

The doctors here are good, but unfortunately I won’t be returning due to the terrible customer service and office communication. I had to call everyday, multiple times each day, leave multiple voicemails for 10 days straight just to get an appointment scheduled. If I was even able to get ahold of them (rare), I was given excuse after excuse as to why a simple appointment could not be scheduled. I even walked into the office to schedule the appointment in person, and was once again given an excuse and told I would get a phone call the next day. It didn’t happen. Khadijah even gave me an extension for me to follow up with her the next day if I didn’t get a call back. Turns out that extension was most likely fake just to get me to go away. I tried calling the extension MANY times over the course of three days, and not once did it go through. Many times that I called and talked to someone, I was promised I was high priority and that I would receive a call back by the end of the day.
