Dr. Krystal Bell, DO

I started seeing Dr. Bell, in my second trimester. I was so happy I found her she is caring, shows concern and takes her time with her patients. I never felt rushed or unheard she addressed all of my concerns. She is a fantastic surgeon and I had zero complications with my cesarean delivery. Her bedside manners are awesome. Lastly, my postpartum care was great as well. I would choose Dr. Bell, over any OBGYN in Denton County or surrounding areas.

I visited her once at the beginning of the year and won’t be back. She was ok but when I got the results of the appointment back, I couldn’t see what was on the app nor did I understand any of the information that was on there. I wrote a message in the portal to the staff and was told the information was on the portal and they don’t call to explain. Another time I asked for a certain script and she acted as if she didn’t want to give it to me. She ended up giving it to me with no refills. I called back at least seven times and left a message, no one ever answered or returned my calls. I also had the pharmacy request a refill, no response. This is a very poor way to treat a patient. Although I won’t be back, they should absolutely work on the phones. Someone should answer the phone, or at least the portal.

She is great with patient care understanding listen to all questions and reiterate, when you don’t understand
