I went to go get a test done , they said they would have the results by monday at the latest. IT's Tuesday and they've made no attempt to contact me despite me leaving 3 voicemails

Great bedside manners
The doctors in this clinic are great, soft spoken, attentive, and knowledgeable. The office personnel while very sweet, possibly need more help. When there’s one person up front and you call in, the phone rings and rings and rings. And, if you leave a message you don’t always get a call back in a timely manner.
