Brought my kids with me to my appointment. She looked at my 3 daughters and then pointed at my oldest daughter and asked me “why does she look different?” She’s Bi racial with dark skin and dark hair. I had her with someone else before meeting my now husband. Her siblings are white with blonde hair like me. She ostracized my 7 year old who was hiding behind her hands feelings uncomfortable.

Jenn Effler explained all my issues very clearly and easy to understand. Very patient with me.

I have been a patient at QuestCare in Melissa,TX for 4 years. I have been completely satisfied with my care. The front staff is friendly and efficient. The Doctor I have had most contact with, Elizabeth Tu, listens attentively to my concerns and discusses my issues with me in a way that I can tell she truly cares about me as a patient. I have also seen the NP Jennifer Effler who is equally caring and professional. I will continue to go to QuestCare and highly recommend the practice to anyone who needs medical care in the area.

Jennifer Effler, NP, is amazing! I have had issues with medical professionals listening to me in the past. She worked with me, and kept testing until we discovered what was wrong with me. When no one else listened, she discovered I was allergic to my medication. I am forever grateful for her. I have been a patient for about 5 years, and I drive an hour away to see her. I would rather make the drive and have a doctor that cares, then have one closer to home.

I do not have a regular doctor and decided to go into QuestCare. The welcoming personal was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. They set up a virtual visit with the doctor for me and advised on how the process worked. The doctor phoned and I was pleasantly surprised at how patient and understanding she was. With the diagnosis I was happy to be treated by the doctor as she had all the time in the world for me.

The medical support staff is always extremely nice and helpful and I love that I can feel comfortable during my appointments on any issues I’m having.
