Dr Cortes has been my husband’s and my dentist for over 12 years. He is the best we have ever had and, as senior citizens, that says a lot. Last week on a Saturday, I was making plans to travel out of state for a family emergency when one of my veneer’s fell off. I texted Dr Cortes. He was in Mexico City conducting a lecture. He immediately responded and within moments he advised me that Dr. Westman would be calling me. Dr. West,an immediately called and we made arrangements to meet at the clinic. Dr Westman and Emily arrived on a rainy Saturday morning. They were so pleasant despite my interrupting their Saturday. My tooth was fixed beautifully and I was scheduled for follow up. Dr Cortes texted me a follow-up note. Dr. Cortes, Dr. Westman and Emily went above and beyond to help a patient in distress. I cannot thank them enough. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart
