Don’t go here
This is not a pediatric friendly place, front desk staff are rude, nursing staff and doctors don’t read the charts and 3-4 pages of paperwork had to be reviewed 4-5 times. All staff, including doctor seem like they are checking a box.

Insurance Fruad
I had an Osia 2 implantation done in August 2023, and while the surgical experience itself was handled exceptionally well, my overall experience has been deeply disappointing.First, let me acknowledge the positives: the surgery itself was performed with great skill. The doctor placed the incision discreetly behind my ear, ensuring the scar is barely noticeable. This attention to detail is commendable, as many other doctors leave more visible scars.Unfortunately, the issues began well before the surgery and have since overshadowed any positives. I went through a rigorous six-month process to get approved for the procedure and to confirm insurance coverage. The doctor’s office assured me the surgery was covered by my insurance. They collected my deductible, and I was under the impression that everything was handled. However, a few weeks after the surgery, I began receiving medical bills amounting to an astonishing $60,000. Naturally, I sought answers. After extensive investigation—b

I’ve been a long time patient. Got excellent care until about 2 years ago. They had some kind of change in the office. Mass exit of staff. Changed everything. Now, I feel under served. I’ve been in a bad way with my Meineres Disease. I’ve had it since in my twenties. I go in and get a pat on my head. Up medication I’m already on suggest medication I’ve already tried. Won’t even listen to suggestions I have for things that have helped me in the past. Dr Jackson is MIA as far as appointments. Only in office one day a week and surgeries the rest. I can see him if I CAN wait until December. I’m looking around for a different doctor. If anyone has a suggestion, I’m open to it. I’m very sad. I loved this office and my care.
