Extremely knowledgeable and experienced
Dr. Bain has taken care of several generations of our family. We were amazed yesterday with his patience and the high level of precision with several instruments he used to correct hearing problems. My mother walked in with significant hearing issues and walked out hearing clear as a bell after much analysis and detailed effort by Dr. Bain. As always Dr. Bain was thorough, efficient, and comprehensive in his approach.

Horrible bedside manner! I left in tears! He is dismissive and unprofessional. I saw him for earaches that are now chronic due to dealing with them for nearly two months with no resolution using antibiotics and conservative treatment. He came into the room and asked if I was there for DARS. The assistant, Mary Jo, had to tell him that he had the wrong information. He did not apologize. He examined my ears and throat and told me that he did not know what the problem could be or what problem I have. He did not make any effort whatsoever to find out the reason; didn't listen. He then told me, after stating he did not know what was wrong, that it was just TMJ before jumping to another diagnosis, acid reflux. I informed him that I do not suffer from those issues which were confirmed by other physicians. He suggested conservative treatment (OTC pain meds) and then later a shot when I refused. I asked what the shot was for, and he yelled, "For pain!". I left! He deserves zero stars!
