EXTREMELY BAD STAFF
I showed up for my appointment, just to find out that they cancelled it without notifying me. The person in front was extremely rude and smug, she kept saying that it was my fault since 'they left me a message' (they did not). I taken the day off and had to drive nearly an hour and half to get there. If you want to diffuse a situation with an upset client, being smug and insisting that the fault was all theirs is NOT the way to do it. I will not return there.
