Wrong diagnosis, staff won’t return phone calls
Impossible to get office and nurse to return simple phone call. Dr. Hirsch diagnosed me, sent me for an emergency test where his colleague told me his diagnosis was wrong, then I never heard back from him or office despite leaving 3 messages over the course of a week. I also specifically told Dr Hirsch I did not want or need pain meds, especially as I’m breastfeeding, and he prescribed them to me anyway. I’m left with loss of function in my leg, with absolutely no clue what to do about it and no one will return a call.

Excellent Doctor
Dr. Hirsch takes time to talk to you. He cares about what you are experiencing. He changed meds I'd been on for years that weren't helping anymore. I couldn't be happier with the care I've received.

Dr. Hirsch has cared for me for about 15 years. He is very compassionate and knowledgeable. Communication is excellent and I feel safe in his care. I am very grateful for him. He cares about me whole person and tailors his plans to my specific needs. I don’t mind waiting longer for my appointment because I know he will dedicate as much time as we need when it’s my turn.

Probably one of the best doctors I have ever seen in my 59 yrs of life. Very friendly , Staff is also user friendly and nice which makes a big difference. Dr Hirsch explains everything step by step and then develops a plan of treatment. Truly concerned about his patients. I am very fortunate to have been recommended to him by my primary care physician.
