Lost prescription and office doesn't care to fix
Office visit went smoothly, doctor was professional and attentive. Said would send an electronic prescription for steroid to my pharmacy that day. Six days and multiple phone calls to the office, and still no prescription. The lack of caring, disregard for patient's care is most disturbing. Errors occur, but should be resolved within 24 hours. Patient should not be told there is protocol to follow for lost prescriptions and just wait. Six days longer in pain...why even bother going to the doctor in the first place?
