I have seen Dr. Jones and Dr. Elk. They're both great doctors. However, their nursing staff is abysmal. I have been seen by their office four or more times in the last year for abnormal test results. I have two ongoing issues that need to be monitored and whenever my test results come in the nurses leave a vague message then never pick up when I call back. I also am not able to use my patient portal to ask questions and there's no email address to contact them. I am just told to call them back whenever, it's not urgent, but it is urgent. My health issues are very urgent to me. Not urgent enough for the nurse or reception line to pick up or call back, but enough for me to be seen four times in the past year. I would not send anyone here. No matter how good the doctors are.
