She's a pro. I've been her patient for over 20 years and have received only stellar, empathetic care.

This is my third appointment and each and every time I have waited no less than 1.5 hours and this last time 2.5 hours for a two minute consult. Each time no one apologized or even acknowledged the wait. I guess her time is way more valuable than others…

Excellent, caring, professional and smart. A really great doctor who seems to actually care about her patients and their needs.

Had a very good appointment with Dr. Jones and was extremely pleased with my office experience from beginning to end.

if there was a no star option I would've gave it to her. I had a miscarriage, she gave me an appointment at the hospital and 5 hours later she was able to answer the hospital nurses and send them the order to start the process didn't even show up not carrying about how the experience is painful she's also adding to it and when she eventually showed up she was like a robot with no feelings and also not even apologizing for the delay. not to mention that you have to wait 45 mins at least for your appointment for regular visits at the office.

She forgets about the care and surgeries she has performed. However she is thorough and very nice and i just wish her head nurses. Their are three nurses, one black, two Caucasian And they are all rude. The office does not return complaints, calls, or her medical records sent over. A referral dr jones gave me resulted in 5 calls from the referred office and did not have the pertinent information about the surgery dr jones performed, they should really not accept new patients if they cannot treat

I like her. She is very thorough & capable. Her only issue is lateness, but since I only see her once a year, I put up with it.

If I could give no stars I would. I saw her twice while having a miscarriage. I have never met such an inconsiderate person, who would keep asking you how the baby is doing cuz she keeps forgetting that I am miscarrying. Then she jams her tools causing me more pain without even explaining what was happening. Then she confirms what the ER has told me and leaves the room. The absolute worst! Zero bedside manner when it was needed the most.

I have to say I based making my appointment on the reviews I had seen. However this had to of been the worst experience I have had going to a doctors office. I do want to point out that the receptionist was very nice and professional. I arrived 10 minutes early to ensure that I could get all my paper work done before my appointment. We ended up waiting over an hour before we decided we had had enough and we left. We were not the only people who had this problem! A lady walked out after 1hr45m

Dr. Jones and her staff are amazing. I have been going to Dr. Jones for many years. She is very loving, caring and by far is the best OB/GYN out there.

I was sad to leave my previous Dr (due to insurance change) but I could not have ended up in better hands with Dr. Jones. I had a complicated pregnancy but she always assured me that everything would be ok. She was always transparent and made me feel like she cared. She is a great listener and takes the time to answer all of your questions. I had an emergency C-section, and she was able to deliver my baby without any complications. She is compassionate and truly cares about her patients.

Love Dr. Jones! First she is a great human being. She is intelligent, compassionate and care about her patients and their families. God bless her!

Dr. Jones is an all around exceptional doctor. She truly understands and connects with all of her patients. While at her office I wasn't treated like just another name, but instead a capable individual. If you have the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Jones, she will set a high bar for all other doctors. Looking forward to my next visit!

If you have a 9:00 appointment the Dr doesn't show up until 9:45. Then you have to wait another hour or so to be seen while you wait for her to make her personal phone calls which can clearly be heard from the exam room. She is not as good or important as she thinks she is.
