My experience with Dr Kang and the entire team was very positive. Dr Kang is no nonsense and does not trying to upsell you on things you do not need. He performed the surgery flawlessly. The surgery center and nursing staff were all great and efficient. Clare his surgical coordinator fielded A LOT of questions from me and each time responded promptly and in detail. Making me feel like she really cared that I had a positive experience. My follow up with Dr Lee was also very good and professional. I would see her again. The only thing that needs to be improved is the call center they are understaffed unfortunately. This is not the people answering the phones fault but stick with trying to get through as the people that will treat and care for you are great.
