4/1/2023 @ 9am. I am writing this review to defer people from this poorly ran establishment. Starting from the very first appointment its been a disaster. They wouldn't schedule and upper and lower scope together so my husband had to prep two days in one week which is outrageous. Once he arrived for the appointment (sick and unwell.), the front desk staff was the rudest people that we have ever dealt with. After two and a half hours, he was taken back and the staff was nice back there. After two months of waiting for a follow up appointment, my husband received a text reminder of his appointment which he took the morning off of work to attend. He arrived and the front desk staff yet again rudely told him he did not have an appointment. My husband took out his phone and showed him the text with the correct date and they still wouldn't see him. I attempted to call and sat on hold for 20 minutes for the staff member to say, 'We have to call you back later we have other people to worry abo
