What a nightmare! They do not follow through as promised. When you call you’re on hold forever then told someone will call back and it doesn’t happen. It took me 4 days of constant calling to finally get an appointment for my elderly Mom. Instead of continuing to take new patient make sure the ones you have are being taken care of properly.

Dr. Criniti accepted me as a patient when my primary care physician retired. She is that rare combination in a physician of being a knowledgeable internist, a caring listener, and a wonderful communicator. During my intake appointment she and her staff were unhurried, attentive, efficient and made me feel as if I were her only patient. I worked in the health care field for 50 years and have had experience both as a patient and technologist and this group is all one could ask for in patient care.
