I, personally, stopped going to Dr. Criniti after she tried to give me pain killers as an 18 year old diagnosed with arthritis. I asked her if there was any physical therapy I could do for prevention and she tried to give me drugs. But my aunt went to her, too, and her story is so much worse. My aunt repeatedly went to Dr. Criniti about chest pains. Dr. Criniti assumed my aunt wanted pain killers and didn't look into it any further. My aunt was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer after transferring doctors and died shortly after. Dr. Criniti doesn't listen to patients concerns. I'm glad others have found her bedside manner appropriate, but she will not be able to help you if there's a real concern.

Saw Dr Criniti for the first time in May ‘19 after a tragic death in my family. She was so compassionate, A great listener, easy to talk to and was so very helpful and encouraging. Loved her. Went back today for a follow up and saw Greg Porter, PA, bc she was out of the office, and he was awesome too: easy to talk too, empathetic, compassionate, encouraging. I would be as comfortable seeing him as I was her. Nice receptionist, great check in staff, very little wait. What a breath of fresh air in the form of a doctor’s office. Highly recommend this office. You can’t go wrong seeing either Dr. Criniti or Greg Porter, PA.

Great doctor but her staff is unprofessional, unpredictable, and plain rude. I wonder if Dr Criniti knows how her girls are treating her patients? Their attitudes are worse than any office staff I've seen. Brittney, Shirley, Ashley and a few more are breaking Dr Criniti's reputation. I blame management for this continuing behavior. There is a lot of joking, loud personal discussions and cursing! It's a shame such a caring doctor cannot do an accurate job as long as the insubordination continues.
