I've been seeing Dr. Fleming for the last year or so, and find the front desk staff rather unwelcoming. Her assistants keep changing, and the most recent one is very unfriendly and has zero warmth. Dr. Fleming is pleasant, however, I am really not overly impressed regarding her recommendations.
