Dr. Adriana Moncayo, MD

Dr.Moncayo listened to my concerns prior to asking questions. After being completely dismissed by my previous rheumatologist, she listened to me and all of my medical history and all of my concerns and everything I have been going through over the years, but especially over the past two years. She ran additional testing and discussed things with me that I had not even been offered to me or in for me of things that I had not been informed up by my Previous provider. she was able to find out and diagnose me and begin treatment and give me answers which I had not gotten before. I am eternally grateful to her. The world needs more providers like her. I wish that I had been referred to her sooner. Her staff are equally amazing and full of knowledge as well. I have not yet had to wait for a response more than 24 hours from her team. I have never received patient care like that anywhere else and I myself am a nurse as long as she continues to practice I will be her patient

Dr. Moncayo was very attentive to my concerns. She went over everything thoroughly. She was very informative when I had questions. I am very confident in her care.

She is not a doctor I would recommend to anyone, nor her partner doctor, Dr. Vaighawalla. She was not thorough or attentive. She held no eye contact and remained disengaged. Accurate doctor notes were not inputted. She appeared confused and unaware of a condition that is considered a Rheumatologist's field of specialty. The visit process and exam felt rushed and impersonal. Nothing was explained. Concerns were not addressed. There were various referral issues, from incomplete, canceled, or sent to the wrong doctor.
