Avoid booking at all cost
Even a virtual appointments are unorganized. My original appointment was scheduled for 2pm and the doctor herself called me to ask for it to be pushed back until 6pm, I'm pretty reasonable and understanding so I said okay. Waited for my online appointment at 6 for it to be delayed yet again to 7pm and then 8pm. When I finally saw her she was rushing with me and it made me feel like I wasn't being attended properly despite the courtesy extended from me. Avoid booking at all cost. And I never not once heard from her office staff.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolutely horrible experience. Dr. Khan double and triple books appointment times so all patients are waiting 2 to 3 hours. She made me come in 8 pm (because I am young. I am in my 30s) and I still wasn't seen until 10 and didn't get out until almost 11 pm. She has no receptionist so highly disorganized and she takes even longer between patients. She does not recall previous discussions and tries to keep doing tests separately so she can keep charging you. After 2 visits, I am done.

HIGHLY ANNOYED PATIENT – Oct 04, 2022
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Khan?
Confused and take on too many responsibilities. I have neuropathy and it really bad since the cancer. I ran out of medication and this quack wrote me a paper prescription for a controlled substance to take to my pharmacy! What real doctor do that??? I have been without medication for over a month! All of her equipment is outdated and the office is a disgusting fire hazard with all of the patients paperwork piled up to the ceiling! The Bronx office is dirty and smells like mildew! The dog is walking about and touching people and there is food all over the floor. Your wait time varies between 2-4hours while conducts video calls with other patients and then she have to eat and then drink coffee, now she will see the first patient. I have pictures of the prescription dated 12/3/2021 for anyone’s pleasure but please people go t a real doctor because all she cares about is her paycheck.

I agree with other reviewers said. She is a very obnoxious inconsiderate person you will ever encountered. She has a filthy office never been cleaned in hundreds years. She is more than half hour late for her appointment with no apology. She only asked to be called after I have arrived. Her dog is as annoying as hell the whole time. She is a big time waster. No respect. Often interrupt and cut short of other people. Rude!

Went to her office in the Bronx which was in disarray, She kept repeating "I'm gonna order some water for everyone." all the while walking around frantically. She has a cute dog but it was just walking around and wasn't tied up or anything. What if a patient is allergic? Anyway, She gave me the wrong codes for a blood test and didn't even remember who I was when I called her and mentioned my diagnosis. It was horrific. So unprofessional and I'll never do this again. I honestly think she needs therapy if she isn't receiving help already. Wish her well.
